In this advanced course for ValueMatch Certified Coaches and Practitioners, you’ll discover how to express work processes and jobs in terms of value systems, identify the required competencies, and match them with people’s motivations and values. This approach creates alignment, engagement, job satisfaction, and lasting performance.

This training consists of 3 online instructor-led sessions and an online learning environment.
Price for the training is € 595 for small companies and € 695 for corporates. Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT. Participants in the EU with a valid VAT number and participants outside the EU don’t pay VAT.
Price includes two ValueMatch Values assessments to practice with, and 1 year access to our online resources.
