CoP – Yellow interventions in blue/orange organizations

In this session Yvette Entius presents the works she has done in the Dutch Rijkswaterstaat government organization. She will present her roadmap on how to transform a dominant blue/orange maintenance organization towards a more adaptive, innovative and resiliant organization, using a yellow set of glasses.

Rijkswaterstaat is responsible for the design, construction, management and maintenance of the Netherlands’ primary infrastructure facilities (main watersystem, main waterways and main road system, together with preservation of nature). Yvette Entius works there as an in-company SDi-practitioner, on the transitions in the Dutch Delta.
