ValueMatch online Certified Practitioner Training October

In this workshop participants will learn to apply Spiral Dynamics Integral in working with organizational culture, change processes, group coaching and personal coaching through the use of ValueMatch online questionnaires and profiling instruments. This can be applied in coaching, training, consultancy and HR work. Participants can start applying the work directly in their professional practice. The training consists of online lectures, assignments and access to the ValueMatch online learning environment.

Prerequisite is sufficient knowledge of Spiral Dynamics Integral, equivilant to Spiral Dynamics level 1 training. If you are uncertain you have enough knowledge you can click here to do our Spiral Dynamics Knowledge Test. Upon completion participant are ValueMatch Certified Practitioners.

The workshop fee includes a bundle of ValueMatch profiles to be used for training purposes. This includes the values, change and workplace culture profiles and reports.

The workshop consists of 7 online sessions, from 19:00 to 21:00 CET (Amsterdam time) on: October 23th, November 6th, November 20th, December 4th, December 19th, January 15th and January 29th.

Fee for small businesses (up to 20 employees) is € 795, corporate fee is € 995. Prices exclude VAT when applicable (in the Netherlands and private participants in the EU). If you pay via Paypal a 5% surcharge applies.

During the workshop we speak English. Most materials and the quesitonnaires are also available in German and Dutch.

The teaching of SDi by Paul Zuiker was fascinating and effective through the use of many cases (own experience), much material in the form of image, audio and video as well as interaction with participants through exploration, self-reflection and practice.
